Analyzing Wanta Fanta?

In the course Consumer Behavior, I analyzed the marketing campaign, Wanta Fanta?, in response to a prompt that requested an investigation of a current, multi-platform, strategy and its connections to consumer behavior.

Product Failure: Cosmopolitan Yogurt

In the course Consumer Behavior, I researched the failure of Cosmopolitan magazine’s yogurt product. Per my own conclusion, I cited the product was unsuccessful because it reflected a deficient understanding of its target market, was poorly marketed, and under-researched.

In the course, Managing Creative Content Development, I substantially contributed to a group project that was developed over the course of one semester. The culmination of our group's efforts involved extensive research and writing, resulting in a final presentation that provided a comprehensive analysis of co-branding as a marketing strategy. We featured recommendations and used the collaboration between Nordstrom and Allbirds as a case study.

I provided leadership , timeline management, slide design/formatting, and oversight for the overall organization and direction of the project; and I was specifically responsible for the following slides:

  • Consumer Profiles

  • Recommendation #2

  • Limitations and Challenges

  • Summary

In the course, Consumer Behavior, I significantly contributed to a group project that involved consulting with a small, local based company to solve a problem they were facing. The company, AE Vision, was/is a boutique film production house that is New York City-based and women-owned. AE Vision approached my group during a transitionary stage, as they had recently found that the low-budget projects they began with, were no longer sustainable and not conducive to breaking-through and growing in their industry. They tasked my group with creating a proposal to take the next step: how can they grow their client portfolio and gain notoriety to access better representation and larger clients?

I collaborated with my group to create a marketing strategy that repositioned AE Vision within their current market, to research and write a paper that justified our proposal, and to present our proposal to AE Vision’s founders.

AE Vision responded to the proposal positively, and the project received positive feedback from the professor and other students.

I provided leadership , timeline management, slide design/formatting, and oversight for the overall organization and direction of the project; and I was specifically responsible for the following slides:

  • Branded Content

  • Web Development *visual presentation only

  • Paper formatting

  • Slide aesthetic/branding *adapted by AE Vision for their current website, post-project

In the course History of British Fashion, I reviewed the immersive archival exhibition, Gucci Cosmos. This is an editorial-style exhibition review that I supported by visiting the exhibition, questioning the docents, and conducting thorough independent research before and after my visit. I also actively learned about the city in where I was studying - London - by gathering information on London’s connection to the Gucci brand.

In the course, Introduction to Marketing, I significantly contributed to a group project that was developed over the course of one semester. My group was posed with the task of proposing and justifying the entry of a foreign brand into the U.K. market. Using retail corporation Target, I collaborated with my group to assemble a comprehensive report that consisted of a situational analysis (internal and external environment), marketing objectives, a S.W.O.T analysis, market research (interviews and survey), and entrance strategies.

The report was received positively by both the professor and other students.

I provided leadership, finalized all editing and formatting, and assisted with oversight for the overall organization of the project; and I was specifically responsible for the following:

  • External Analysis: Political/Legal, Economic, and Socio-cultural environments

  • Marketing Objectives: Product and Promotion

  • Marketing Strategies: Product and Promotion

  • Survey design

  • All formatting (data and report)
